Training
Ongoing training and support is provided as part of our committment to our new liicensees. The initial training
period will be a minimum of three days. Our class size will never exceed 3 licensees; usually we train 2 at a
time.
Standard Training includes:
1. Marketing plan/customer acquisition techniques, including:
• setting goals
• advertising guidelines
2. Classroom and field training, including:
• meeting preparation
• demonstrations, supervised practical exercises, solo practical exercises with performance analysis
3. Customer service, including:
• follow up techniques
• tips on great customer service
4. Operating your business, including:
• office setup
• tips on operating a home-based business
• staffing guidelines
In addition to our regular training, we are now offering a value added training package as well.
Value Added Training includes all of the above, plus additional business coaching. Our experts will teach you
techniques for mastering the telephone, making effective sales presentations, creating/maintaining a balanced
life, and much more.
