Due Diligence / Contract Completion

This is the time for you to conduct your due diligence; we enforce a two week "evaluation" period during which you have the opportunity to:

• Have the License Agreement reviewed
• Review the financial information with your accountant or financial advisor

You will then execute the Licensee Agreement and pay the balance of the License Fee plus GST.

If during this period you decide not to proceed with the License, or if we elect not to proceed with your application, your entire deposit will be returned to you without delay.
